Classical Concert Series – Alasdair Kent, Tenor

Tickets: Adults $20, Students $10, PAA Members $17.50

Alasdair Kent

Currently in his final year as a Resident Artist at The Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia, Alasdair Kent made his professional debut as Don Ramiro (La Cenerentola) in his native Australia in 2013. He is the recipient of the prestigious Joan Sutherland & Richard Bonynge Foundation Bel Canto Award and the Georg Solti Accademia di Bel Canto Prize, and was Second Prize winner in the Licia Albanese-Puccini Foundation International Vocal Competition. At the PAA, Kent will present a varied program of art songs, opera arias, and Broadway tunes.

Interviews may be scheduled through Jim McClelland at 215-925-2038 / Photos available on request. The series is made possible by a generous gift from the Jim McClelland Fund for the Performing Arts of the Philadelphia Foundation. The PAA would also like to thank WRTI, our media sponsor.

Tickets for this performance will be available at the door.
Advance tickets are available online.
